Service/Shipment Policy

Currently Upkeep Services LLC is providing services only within UAE

Normal Services will be between 8am - 8pm

Upkeep may change rates and fees from time to time and will communicate to customers in advance, but with no advance notice mandatory for temporary promotions or any changes that result in the reduction or increase of rates and fees.

Upkeep checks the backgrounds of cleaners however, each user should exercise common sense and caution to protect its personal safety and property, just like you would when faced with any person who you do not know. The users agree to hold Upkeep free from the liability for any damages and/or missing items during or after using the cleaners.

Upkeep will charge you for your finalized bookings through the payment method specified on the website (e.g. a credit card or Debit Card). If you happen to pay any applicable charges with your credit card, we may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase.

If you choose to pay the fee by your credit card, you, as the cardholder, must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the information in your account.

If you want to cancel your booking, you are required to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Notification must be in written format and to be sent to [email protected] We reserve the right to levy a certain charge up to AED 100 cover any relevant administrative expenses.

No order should be deemed to be accepted without email or call confirmation. All orders are fulfilled subject to payment confirmation.

All orders are subject to staff availability or distance. In case of staff non-availability at the time of placing your order, you will be notified via email/call and we will suggest an alternative if possible Upkeep Services LLC will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Quality Assurance Program / Quality Control Policy

We conduct random quality inspections on a regular basis to review the quality of our crew members' work while they are on duty.

Here are the 3 methods we use in maintaining the quality checks:

1. Unannounced Visit - To ensure cleaners are properly uniformed and performing their duties thoroughly and completely.

2. On-Site Inspection - A walk-through with the cleaner and/or the client during regular business hours.

3. Follow-up – Random brief telephone call by our customer service agents after your session has been completed.

Refund and Cancellations

Once the cleaning servicce is done the Fees you paid in advance payment/online payment/cash are non-refundable (unless there is a company-caused violation). The pricing scheme may be updated by the Company on a going-forward basis. You are liable for all taxes.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24hours in advance since we turn away other clients to reserve time for your cleaning. Any cancellations with less than 24hours notice is non-refundable.

On spot cancellations are non-refundable, the full amount will be charged as service fees.

We do provide a rescheduling benefit to our customers, however we require a 24-hour rescheduling notice. For rescheduling an appointment, you can either email to us or can call our customer care executive directly. There is no charge for rescheduling with 24-hour notice on working days.

The client is responsible for reporting any incident, breakage, damage and loss within 12 hours of completion of the service. Failure to do so will nullify any claim.

The client is responsible for securing – cash, jewellery and any other items of value. UPKEEP SERVICES LLC pay staff well and have a zero-tolerance policy in terms of theft and dishonesty. No responsibility or liability is however accepted for any of the above.

Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used by the customer.

Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

We value your time and make sure to complete any service within the promised time without any compromise in quality.


We use quality products and equipment to keep your premise crystal clear. Our preference is for products and methods that are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
